All staff very friendly, informative, caring and supportive.
Very clean - high standard of hygiene everywhere.
Bags for shoes to be stored in maybe. I was concerned about muddy shoes as very wet outside today.

The staff are really friendly and put you at ease.
Improvements are happening I presume with the car park which is the only downside to the visit!
